If you aspire to enter the healthcare field without a relevant background, keep reading—you may be eligible.

Addressing Language Barriers

For some, limited English proficiency hinders access to advanced training programs. Our program begins with a 16-week healthcare-contextualized training, focusing on building healthcare-related vocabulary. Through role plays and interactive exercises, participants explore and practice real-life work situations, enhancing their language skills in a healthcare context.

Affordability Concerns

Affordability is another significant barrier to career progression. The cost of additional healthcare support training and certification can be a roadblock for many. Healthcare Support Career Accelerator is committed to breaking down this barrier. Our program is designed to be accessible, ensuring that cost is covered by the program and is not a hindrance to your career advancement.

Eligible participants who successfully complete the English training will then embark on an 8-week Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training. This phase covers the fundamentals of the CNA role and prepares participants for the CNA state exam. The CNA certification serves as a pivotal step, opening doors to increased employment opportunities and higher earning potential.

Job Placement Support

Upon successful certification, our commitment continues with job placement support for newly certified CNAs. While we strive to assist you in kickstarting your new role, it's essential to note that job placement is not guaranteed, as is typical in any job search. Our aim is to facilitate a smooth transition from training to employment, empowering you to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare support field.
