World Refugee Day 2019

African Communities Together (ACT) and the City of Refuge Coalition invite you to join us at our third annual World Refugee Day Action on Thursday, June 20, 5:30pm - 8:00pm.

This year, we are calling attention to the prolonged detention of asylum seekers and the deaths of refugee children in U.S. custody, namely the 6 children whose names we know, and calling for a truly humanitarian immigration policy.

Our demands are as follows:
- Defend TPS & DED
- Protect Refugees
- Keep Families Together
- Stop Locking Up Asylum Seekers

We hope to see you there:

Assemble at New York Public Library
42nd Street & 5th Avenue

March to U.N. and Trump World Tower

Rally at Dag Hammarskjöld Plaza
